Ate too much food in Seoul. Time to deal with the aftermath.
New daily routine:
-breakfast
-lunch
-dinner
-sleep by 1am, wake at 9am
Immediate goals:
-lose 5 pounds per month
-1.5 liters of water per day MINIMUM
-still on my job hunt
Long term goals:
-moderation in everything
-return to my weight prior to Korea
-keep adventuring, keep exploring
